The planning application process is a staged one. Initial site analysis takes the form of a Planning Synopsis, where the sites’ chances of success are evaluated and considered against existing policy and constraints.​

If following the initial review of your proposal, you wish to proceed, we will manage the submission of the Planning Application, ensuring all elements of the validation process are covered (such as confirming acceptability of plans and reports (where needed)).

Once submitted and validated, we would look to address any concerns that may arise in the form of consultee or neighbour comments, with the aim to mitigate or clarify points raised, to allow for a smooth process to decision.

On receipt of planning permission, any ‘prior to commencement’ planning conditions would need to be managed and signed-off by the Local Planning Authority, and we are more than happy to help with this element of the process for you, as well.
